Rule violations

Chargeback policy

Full refund provided if:

  2. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds not available if:

  1. Blacklisted content was submitted.
  2. Credits were used.
  3. Links were rejected by the search engine.

Dispute resolution procedure:

  • users must contact technical support within 7 days of the issue;
  • the issue will be reviewed and resolved if related to technical problems;
  • no refunds for changes in search engine policies.

Exclusions and limitations of liability

Maximum refund amount cannot exceed the total payments made in the last 12 months.

The service bears no liability for:

Force majeure:

Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if a user:
